Can you change the personalisation?

If there is a particular personalisation that you want on one of our products, please let us know and we can usually adapt a design to suit.

Do you deliver quicker than advertised?

Please enquire as we can look at our order book and try to accommodate your request.

Some products are showing as limited stock?

Hand painted products are currently temporarily suspended, materials have been harder to source quickly due to COVID 19. Enquiries are welcome as there is limited supply in the studio.  

Can I see your products in the studio?

Our studio is not an open studio but if there is anything you wish to discuss please call us between the hours of 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday, refer to our contact page.

I’ve changed my mind, is this OK?

All of our products are made to order. Cards are usually processed the same working day or the next so if there is a change please inform straight away. Hand painted items are processed within a few days so please inform within 24 hours of a change.
