All of our delivery prices include both postage and packaging. As long as additional items are delivered to the same address at the same time you will only pay one delivery charge. Greeting cards will be packaged in a hard backed outer envelope unless using the send direct service. Large canvases are packaged carefully using bubble wrap with cardboard box packaging. Very heavy parcels will incur a delivery fee as the standard delivery method will not be used as the weight is above the standard service, the postage will automatically apply at the checkout if it falls above the set weight.

Orders over £55 will need to be signed for.

You will be contacted with your tracking number if applicable at the time of dispatch.

Overseas

Small artwork and greeting cards have the option of international delivery for an additional charge. Charges for international delivery varies depending on the country selected, a quote can be given for website orders. Orders from selected outlets such as notonthehighstreet.com and Etsy.com have the delivery postage charge automatically added at the time of order. Please also allow extra time for your item to arrive.

Process

As all of our items are made to order, there is an estimated delivery time on each product listing but generally (quoted in business days):

Greeting cards within 2 days
Fine art prints within 5 days
Small canvas signs within 10 days
Larger canvases within 16 days
Bespoke artwork within 21 days

Hand painted artwork

Has an estimated dispatch of 16 days and up to 21 days for bespoke from the date of confirmed order (confirmed refers to all personalised details given with completed payment). All hand painted artwork is made to order unless otherwise stated; from the time of payment your canvas will take 10 stages to complete:

1 First background coat

2 Second background coat

3 Freehand sketch

4 White

5 First colour

6 Second colour

7 Detail/ touch up

8 Protective Final Layer

9 Photograph

10 Package/ Dispatch

You can request at anytime what stage your painting is at; but you will be given an estimated date of dispatch at the time of order.

Fine art prints

Have an estimated dispatch of 2-5 days from the date of confirmed order (confirmed refers to all personalised details given with completed payment). All fine art prints are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Extended delivery

During busy periods or time away from the studio, lead times maybe extended to allow for this, the website will be updated during these timeframes and you will be notified of any delivery timescales once your order has been confirmed and processed.
